CAN I EXTEND MY TIME?

The rental fee includes 12 hours
4 hours set up, 6 hours event, 2 hours breakdown

HOW MUCH TIME FOR SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN ?

If you are holding your ceremony at Bloom, to ensure the logistical success of your events, a day-of coordinator is required (see our preferred vendor list for our favorites).

DO YOU REQUIRE AN EVENT PLANNER?

We have a parking lot with 22 spaces. 15 allocated spots to guest and 7 allocated to vendors. There is also ample free street parking. Valet at an additional cost.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

The entire venue space is 10,000 square feet. Guest count is 260 seated with a dance floor, 330 seated with no dance floor.

WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE AND CAPACITY OF BLOOM?

DO YOU ALLOW REHEARSALS?

Due to the setup time needed at your event, Something Blue is meant to your private space approximately 1 hour prior to the ceremony and throughout the duration of your event only.

CAN I GET READY AT BLOOM?

Yes! From our fantastic exclusive catering list including the very best Chicago has to offer.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN CATERER?

Per our liquor license, Bloom Events is required to provide all liquor. Bartenders, Glassware, Ice and Non-alcoholic Beverages to be Provided by the Caterer. Wine corkage for a fee.

CAN I BRING MY OWN LIQUOR?
